Poblano (Ancho) Pepper

One of the most beloved Mexican chiles. When allowed to ripen fully and dried, these are called Ancho peppers. When harvested green and cooked fresh, they're called Poblanos. This is the classic pepper for chiles rellenos. A very flavorful mild pepper, about five times milder than a jalapeño. We've chosen the excellent hybrid, 'Tiburon,' this year for improved yield and faster ripening. Let us know how you like them.
